| Description: | The Grand Island Utilities Department (GIUD) is soliciting proposals for marketing services for renewable energy credits (REC’s). The marketing services shall be as described in this Request for Proposal. Proposals should be for FH/BH 2025-2028. Longer duration offering options would also be considered. Although fixed pricing for all REC’s produced is preferred, the City will entertain other agreement structures as well. |
