Housing Production Plan

The Town of Wrentham is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a five-year Housing Production Plan (HPP) consistent with the guidelines of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and 760 CMR 56.03(4). The project will include a housing needs and demand assessment, analysis of regulatory and market conditions, development of housing goals and strategies, and an actionable implementation plan, supported by public engagement.

Sealed proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements by March 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The Town of Wrentham, through the Town Manager is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; and to award contracts or to cancel this Invitation for Bids if it is in the Town of Wrentham’s best interest to do so.
