Gloversville Senior Center Interior/Exterior Renovation Project

The City of Gloversville is seeking sealed bids for an interior and exterior renovation project for the Senior Citizens Center of Gloversville and Fulton County, Inc. Minority and Woman Owned Businesses and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid on this project. Sealed bids are due August 28, 2025, at 1 p.m., and sent or delivered to: City Gloversville Clerk’s Office, ATTN: Bids for Gloversville Senior Center, 3 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Senior Center, 53 Church St., Gloversville, NY. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents can be obtained on or after July 25, 2025, by contacting Dataflow, Inc. to obtain documents and become a registered plan holder. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Only registered plan holders will receive copies of Addenda issued during bidding. No 1 of 6 bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
