Description:

The State University of New York at Cortland will receive sealed bids for project number
20240031 titled Park Center ADA Bleacher Replacement until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 18, 2025 at Whitaker Hall Room 207, 4 Pashley Drive, Cortland NY 13045, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. A parking permit should be requested no later than two days prior, by email to Kristi.Hughston@Cortland.edu. Final date for questions is August 8, 2025.


All work on this Contract is to be completed by July 17, 2026.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $45.00, made payable to Syracuse Blueprint, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.


A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 10:00AM, Meet at Park Center, 8 Folmer Drive, Cortland, NY 13045 with walk through to follow a brief informational meeting. Please gather in the Corey Gymnasium on the second floor. A parking permit should be requested no later than two days prior, by email to Kristi.Hughston@Cortland.edu. Please review project manual campus map for parking location noted.


Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.


It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
