Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., February 17, 2026 for the
construction of the county project listed below.
Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North
Maintenance Shop, 11660 Myeron Road N, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082.

CR 74 (65th Street) Roadway Improvements
ADA improvements, bituminous paving, full depth reclamation, grading, ravine stabilization, storm sewer, turf
establishment, signing and striping.

amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid.

The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
any defects therein.
