Scope:
Reconstruct 2.3 mi of local streets and construct a drain to convey stormwater. The reconstruction includes pulverization and stabilization of the underlying base material and/or soil to produce cement stabilized pulverized base (CSPB). Paving includes rubberized hot-mix asphalt over conventional asphalt concrete. The storm drain on Buelah Circle will be constructed to capture stormwater and convey it to existing catch-basins on Dodds Street.
