LABORATORY SERVICES AND WATER TESTING

Dutchess BOCES is seeking proposals from qualified laboratories to provide analytical testing services for potable and non-potable water, asbestos, microbial, and other environmental or material samples. Services must include routine and expedited options and be performed entirely in-house; subcontracting or use of third-party labs is not permitted. Vendors must be accredited by NYS ELAP or equivalent (e.g., NELAC) and demonstrate the ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards. The contract may be extended to Dutchess BOCES component school districts under the same terms. Joint ventures, brokers, and co-production arrangements will not be considered.
