The intent of these specifications is to establish an annual contract for complete custodial services for the Irving Arts Center. It is also the intent under these specifications that the Contractor shall provide a complete and professional job on each assignment given to them by the Irving Arts Center department.
Bidders MUST attend one of the two scheduled mandatory pre-bid meetings. See Activities Tab for pre-bid dates & times.
Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
