Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This action for a Firm-Fixed price service request to provide snow and ice removal services for all designated drives, sidewalks, and specific parking lots as designated in Paragraph 5 of the Statement of Work.





SITE VISIT INFORMATION:

A site visit will be conducted on June 25th, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. Visitor Access Requests must be submitted by Wednesday, June 18th at 14:00 PM using the attached form titled "SANG Visitor Request Form". Only boxes highlighted in green need be completed by the interested party. POC is Luke Cleere, luke.p.cleere.civ@army.mil. The meeting location is Building 301/302 Parking Lot at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions, shall not change the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply (see detailed proposal instructions for information on questions). Offerors that choose not to attend the site visit at the specified date and time are still required to meet all deadlines.





BASIS FOR AWARD:

This is a solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set Aside, under NAICS 561790, for a firm fixed Price (FFP) contract.





QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

All questions and answers must be in writing. Email all questions to Luke Cleere, luke.p.cleere.civ@army.mil. Do not contact the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or engineers, as this will only delay receipt of answers. Questions must be received NLT July 1, 2025 at 14:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Answers will be provided with questions to all contractors.





PROPOSAL DUE DATE:

All offers are due by July 14, 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Email proposals will be accepted. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposal shall be electronically submitted to: Luke Cleere, luke.p.cleere.civ@army.mil





PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Review Section L of the Request for Task Order Proposal for additional submission requirements. The Government reserves the right to request additional information as necessary to validate the reasonableness of an offer. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 60 days.





OTHER PERTINANT DATA:

This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay costs incurred in preparation and submission of initial and subsequent proposals or for other costs incurred prior to award of a formal Task Order. Contractors participating in this solicitation are cautioned to carefully read the solicitation instructions, evaluation, and basis for award prior to completing their proposal.
