Description: Sealed Bids for the ITHACA WATERFRONT: ASPHALT TRAIL REPAIR PROJECT located in the City of Ithaca, New York will be received by the office of the City Controller at 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY until September 16, 2025 at 2:00PM. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the 2 nd floor conference room.
The proposed project is to provide asphalt trail improvements to the Waterfront Trail within and around Cass Park, Stewart Park, and surrounding areas. All construction work is within the City of Ithaca right of way. This project is a Unit Price contract.
BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE, ENTITLED: ITHACA WATERFRONT: ASPHALT TRAIL REPAIR PROJECT BID.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of: Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder.
