Synopsis:

DESCRIPTION OF GOOD(S)

Furniture (non clinical) required for expansion to Front Entrance at St. Paul’s Hospital 1702 20th St W, Saskatoon, SK S7M 0Z9. Includes Casegoods; Seating – Guest, Meeting Room, Lounge & Common Area Modular; System Panels and desks. Overall plan is attached for placement & installation as well as specific detailed area - Registration System & Common Area – Modular.
Submission of Proposals:

Proponents’ proposal must be received by SHA at the email address in 4. and arrive before 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time), June 26, 2025.

Late proposals will be rejected. The SHA may, in its sole discretion at any time, extend the deadline for receipt of proposals. If the SHA extends the deadline for the receipt of proposals, it will be done by way of addendum.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their proposals are complete and delivered on time.

All proposals should be held firm for the period described in Appendix A (if applicable) or 180 days from the RFP close date, whichever is longer.
