All questions shall be submitted using Attachment (3) Contractor Questions Form provided with this solicitation. Questions shall be submitted no later than 23 JUN 2026, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST), to ensure the Government is able to adequately address and respond to questions submitted."
b. ABR/MSRA holders are requested to submit a proposal with written acknowledgement of this Amendment no later than 10:00 hrs, 07/29/2026.
