The project scope includes but is not limited to the removal of the multi-unit living facility, multi-purpose building, culinary building, forestry building, well / generator building, shipping container storage, perimeter fencing, identified landscape planting, above ground fuel tanks, and all underground utilities associated with the buildings. Contract Time: 120 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $850.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. |
