The Town of Pulaski (hereinafter referred to as âOwnerâ) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional engineering services to perform professional task orders as a part of a term contract with the Owner. The contract will generally include, but shall not be limited to, funding procurement assistance, funding application assistance, preliminary engineering, civil/environmental engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, sanitary sewer engineering, stormwater and E&S review, bridge inspections, structural engineering, architecture, permitting, easement acquisition assistance, metallurgical and laboratory testing, design, bidding, and construction phase services.
