Mason County PUD No. 1 is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to provide complete design services for the Jorstad Substation Project in Lilliwaup, Washington. Jorstad Substation will be a new 12.47/7.2kV distribution substation with associated feeder infrastructure, including a fiber optic line extending approximately 2.5 miles from the site to U.S. Highway 101.
The selected firm will be responsible for engineering deliverables across three phased construction packages: feeder installation (civil and electric), substation civil construction, and above-ground substation construction. The full scope of work and submittal requirements are outlined in the attached RFP document.
