Synopsis:
|
|
Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:
• Remove and disposal of the Brick Veneer, insulation and vapour barrier on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Install new vapour barrier, insulation and metal cladding on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Remove and disposal of the punched windows on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Install new punched windows on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Remove and re-install new seals and IGU for the curtain walls on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.

SITE MEETING
21. A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for August 26, 2025 – 1:30 PM. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Optional - Pre-register for site meeting via email to diana.switzer@saskhealthauthority.ca one day prior to site meeting.
SCHEDULE
22. SHA requires contractor to complete the work based on an optimum schedule unless noted otherwise herein by March 31, 2027. Each Bidder, in submitting a Bid, agrees to perform the work so as to achieve substantial performance of the work on or before such date.
