DDC Controls

Murray County Schools Facilities Department is seeking
qualified DDC controls contractors to install controls on two (
2 ) buildings . Refer to the specifications sheet attached for
further information .
Site visits and electronic plans will be available to
contractors meeting all criteria set forth in the specifications .
No alternates or substitutions are allowed.

Bids may either be mailed or hand delivered to the attention
of Chris Crow , 1006 Green Road , Chatsworth GA. Please
mark ¿¿ Controls Bid ¿¿ on the outside of the envelope . Bids
will be due Friday May 16 th @ 10:00am .
Bid should include the following :
¿ Valid pricing for 60 days after bid opening .

¿ All items and connections required for equipment
functionally unless expressly stated in the submitted bid
documentation .
¿ Equipment delivery and onsite inspection by provider
and school system personnel.
¿ Company is required to have an office and dispatch
technicians within a 50 mile radius of Murray County
Schools .
