The US Army Corp of Engineers - Rock Island District (MVR) intends to issue a solicitation for a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Paint and related materials. The estimated value is $900,000 over a five-year period. The solicitation and its attachments will be posted to PIEE Solicitation module and a linked announcement will be posted to SAM.gov when the solicitation is issued.
Based on the results of the market research conducted, MVR is planning to set-aside the Blasting Media portion of this requirement for Small Business under a separate applicable NAICS code, 327910, which has a size standard of 900 employees or fewer.
The paint formulas required under this BPA must be CERL certified. Details of this are in the attached draft Master Statement of Work.
