Commercial Print Production Services

NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Qualifications for RFQ NO. 26-39, Commercial Print Production Services to qualify a list of vendors who provide Printing, Publishing, Design and Bulk Mailing Services, including but not limited to comprehensive services (Assembly, Pagination, Copyfitting, Cropping, Desktop Publishing, and Production), Binding (spiral, comb, wire, saddle stitch, perfect/case binding, glued notepad), Forms (carbonless form, Perforated), Large-format Imagesetting (banners, signage, posters), CAD (Computer Aided Design), Stamps (Beveled Emboss, Diecutting, Foil Stamp) and Mailing Services. The qualified vendors will support high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production of various print materials (excluding apparel and promotional items). The qualification term is five (5) years.

A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM . The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 5:00 P.M. on March 27, 2026 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as they are based on proposal criteria scoring.
