Bid Description:
This project consists of, but is not limited to replacing Boilers, expansion tank, adding spiral vents to high points of lines,
flushing the system, removing oil boilers, replacing with in-kind boilers, removal and replacement of the heating water
supply and return mains, reconnecting to existing heating branch lines, remove and replace ceiling tiles to allow for
replacement of HWSR mains, other work as indicated on drawing and the scope of work.

Site Visit:	Date: 8/25/2025 10:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: August 25, 2025 – 10:00 AM (EST) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 25, 2025 – 10:00 AM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Upon leaving the security building, turn right, go past the museum to the end of the road, drive into the parking lot of the RTI building.
