Separate sealed Bids for the construction of Wastewater Facilities Improvements – Contract Section II (WWTP Improvements) will be received, by The City of Jasper, Arkansas, at the offices of City Hall located at 101 E. Elm Street, until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 6, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read.
The project consists of improvements to the facility including, but not limited to, construction of new headworks with mechanically cleaned screen, new anaerobic basin and flow splitter box, new process building including sludge press and U.V. disinfection units, new site pump station, new flow equalization basin, modifications to existing aeration basin, abandonment of existing structures, yard piping, electrical and controls modifications, new standby power generator, and all appurtenances as shown on the plans and as specified for a complete installation.
Bids for the project will be on a lump sum basis.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72765 and The City of Jasper City Hall, 101 E. Elm Street, Jasper, Arkansas 72641. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Engineering Services, Inc. located at 1207 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72765 upon payment of $100 for each set, or through QuestCDN or at www.engineeringservices.com . Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website upon payment of $40.
Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
