ARKANSAS STATE GAME AND FISH COMMISSION
Sealed bids will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at the Calico Rock Regional Office, 1 Game & Fish Road, Calico Rock, AR 72519 until 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time, Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all work required for the Wildcat Shoals Restroom at Wildcat Shoals Access- White River, Baxter County, Arkansas, all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings on display for review by prospective Contractors at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, 1 Game & Fish Road, Calico Rock, AR 72519.
This project is under the strict adherence to the “Build America, Buy America” Act. It shall be bid and built according to these standards. For further information, please reference the “INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, SECTION X, BUILD AMERICA, AMERICA” of the bid specification documents.
