The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide landscaping maintenance services for the McCarren Center and some additional areas. Vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on January 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in order to submit a proposal. The site visit will begin at the Nevada building located at 1 Harrah's Ct. (1 State of Nevada Way), Las Vegas, NV 89119 Las Vegas, NV 89104. Deadline to submit the Site Visit Registration Form is on January 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. The contract will be for a 4 years term.
