This is a project with the goal of retro commissioning the current HVAC system supporting the Annex portion first and second floors of building 1130. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and applicable licenses and permits necessary to complete the requirements within. All work shall be done in strict accordance with this Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and in accordance with (UFC) Unified Facilities Criteria, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), the International Building Code (IBC), International plumbing code (IPC), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), EPA 402-K-01-001 (2008), South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Shaw Air Force Base Design and Construction Standards, Change 2, 21 Aug 2018 and all other applicable codes.
