Materials or Hazardous Waste Treatment or Removal. As a contractor you must show the
appropriate current license number(s) on the outside of your sealed bid/envelope as well
as the inside of the bid. A copy of the contractor’s license must be submitted with bid.
Failure to comply will cause your bid to be non-responsive.
