Pump Station 29 Upgrades
General Notice
The Lincoln County, NC (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Pump Station 29 Upgrades
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Lincoln County Manager’s Office, C/O John Henry, Purchasing Agent located at 353 N. General Blvd., until July 8, 2025, at 2:00, PM EST local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes the rehabilitation of Owner’s Pump Sation No. 29 generally including the following:
PS No. 29: Force main relocation, installation of one (1) new sewer manhole, gravity sewer installation, by-pass pumping, cleaning, application of cementitious material to restore existing wetwell and installation of epoxy protective coating, concrete pavement replacement, electrical improvements, SCADA improvements, and all other appurtenances as shown in the contract documents.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum Price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The Project has an expected duration of 210 days.

Bidding Documents are available for purchase by going to the above designated website, upper right tab labeled “Contact”, then “Plan Room”. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website for a purchase price established for each set. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell.
Prospective Bidders must register and purchase Bidding Documents through the designated website in order to be considered an official plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on:

A mandatory site visit will occur following the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit.
