| Bid Synopsis: | The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is seeking approval to conduct a Request for Proposal (RFP) for transportation and monitoring services for clients on supervised release. The clients have been committed as sexually violent persons and granted approval by their committing court to reside in the community. The Department of Corrections (DOC) is responsible for the transportation and monitoring of clients who are in their first year of supervised release. DHS is responsible for the care, custody and treatment of individuals who are beyond their first year in the program. The program requires a variety of services to ensure community safety and to support the successful reintegration of clients into the community, including random monitoring checks at their residence to ensure compliance to program rules, and ongoing monitoring and transportation services. |
