The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland are soliciting bids for the project:

WRF & WFP INTEGRATION SERVICES

CITY PROJECT NO. 2025-11-WRF

Completed bids shall be submitted to the City of Cumberland’s online solicitation website, until but not after 2:00 p.m., local time, on 6/25/2025.  The Bid Tabulation will be released by 3:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Released bid information does not constitute any award has been made.

This project includes:

• The execution of a three-year SCADA upgrade of equipment at various facilities related to the Water Filtration Plant and Water Reclamation Facility including:
  1. Plant Operational Buildings
  2. Pump/Lift Stations
  3. CSO Outfall Stations
• Provide Ad-hoc Services and Emergency Services as required

A "Mandatory PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 6/12/2025 in the 3 ^rd Floor Engineering Conference Room of the Public Safety Building, 20 Bedford Street, Cumberland, MD.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
