Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide measured data, based on the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) technical specifications. This data will facilitate the Chronic Disease Quality Improvement Project (CDQIP) in collaboration with Wisconsin Health Plans. The purpose of the project is to evaluate and report on the quality of chronic disease prevention and care.
