Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, March 5, 2026 for DPW
Project 25600 Boise Cemetery Expand Office Space & Secure Records Storage, Idaho Department
of Veterans Services, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include A single story building of approximately
1,000 square feet providing an employee break room, restroom, office, file storage room, locker area, and
support spaces.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, February 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at 10100 Horseshoe Bend Road, Boise, Idaho 83714. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $300.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $588,500.00
