Request for Qualifications-Architectural Svcs for 5-Yr Facilities Plan & Capital Outlay Projects

The BALDWIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, as "Owner" or the "District," is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from licensed and qualified architectural design firms interested in providing professional architectural services for the Baldwin County School District. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") seeks to select the most qualified provider to assist the District in developing a 5-Year Local Facilities Plan and executing associated facility design and construction projects. All proposers to this RFQ are subject to instructions and additional terms and conditions communicated in this document and are cautioned to review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully and completely.The Baldwin County School District is committed to providing a quality educational environment and well-maintained facilities for its students and staff. The District is preparing to revise its 5-year facilities plan in accordance with the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) requirements. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to engage a qualified architectural design firm with extensive experience in public school systems in Georgia to assist in this endeavor and manage subsequent capital project designs.
