2025 Aliak Storm Water Rehab Design

Proposal Release:                           March 20, 2025

Pre-proposal Meeting:                  April 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at City Hall

Last Day for Questions:                 April 9, 2025, close of business.

Proposals are Due By:                   April 17, 2025, no later than noon.

The City of Kenai is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified firm to provide professional Civil Engineering services to develop and execute a roadway project.

Based on a mutually agreed upon program and budget, the Consultant's basic services shall consist of the normal duties associated with a phased design system. These include Schematic Phase Services, Design Development and Construction Document Phase Services, Bid Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services as described in this RFP.

Proposers should contact the Public Works Department at purchasing@kenai.city to be placed

on the plan holder’s list to receive addenda.

Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. The City will be using Zoom for telephonic and virtual access.  Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom.  Please use the following link to register:
