The City of Xenia is soliciting bids for the project known as the 2025 Sycamore Street Remediation Project.
Sealed bids for site remediation at 249 Sycamore Street, including removal and disposal of contaminated soil, in-situ chemical oxidation, provision and placement of clean soil, seeding and mulching and monitoring well abandonment will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E. Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Friday, August 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
