Project Description: Florida State University (FSU), as “Owner”, is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications for selection of a general contractor to provide Construction Management Services for a new 165,000 gross SF Engineering Building to be constructed adjacent to the existing FAMU-FSU College of Engineering on the FSU SW Campus, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). It is the Owner’s desire to have this new Structure constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long-term use of a facility to meet owner requirements. Construction Manager (CM) to submit a cost proposal based on Design Development package.
