Annual maintenance provides the USCG with technical support, security patch updates, and software release updates. This brand name exception to fair opportunity for brand name NetApp Hardware and Software licensing Maintenance Support Services is pursuant to FAR 16.505(a)(4)(i), restricing items peculiar to one manufacturer.
