If awarded this RFQ the design team will help integrate the addition of four new synthetic turf fields, with a building at the core of the cloverleaf, to the first phase of renovations. Major design elements include: four synthetic turf fields; field lighting; electronic scoreboards; a core building with restrooms, storage, and concessions; hardscape to tie everything together; minor landscape elements.

Background

The Sprinker Recreation Center has been a focus of the Spanaway/Parkland communities for over 40 years since it was first constructed. This focal point of the area has already undergone one phase of renovation which completed in 2024.
