Montgomery County Jail AHU & System Controls Replacement

Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for PP-2025-0014 - Montgomery County Jail AHU & System Controls Replacement . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 .

The scope of this project includes complete professional design services, permit submission, and construction administration/observation services for the replacement of air handling units (AHU’s) 2,4,5,7&8 and all environmental controls for building wide function in the Montgomery County Jail. This project shall produce a fully updated and functional HVAC and controls systems to modernize the air handling capabilities of the County’s Jail

Additionally, this project includes complete professional design services, permit submission, and construction administration/observation services for the full and complete replacement of the Jails addressable fire alarm system. This project shall produce a fully updated and functional addressable fire alarm system to provide critical life safety functions for the building.
