Description:

The City of Attleboro invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services in the following categories:

Real Estate Brokerage Services
Appraisal Services
Auctioneer Services

These services support the disposition of municipal property, including tax title foreclosures and surplus asset sales, in accordance with Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 and guidance issued by the Massachusetts Division of Local Services (DLS), including Bulletin BUL-2024-6.

Respondents may submit proposals for one, two, or all three service categories. The City will evaluate each category independently and may award up to three separate contracts , one for each service category.

New City Hall Hours: Mon/Wed/Thu: 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Tue 8:00 am-6:00 pm. Fri 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Special Requirements:

Respondents may submit proposals for one, two, or all three service categories included in this RFP: (1) Real Estate Brokerage Services, (2) Appraisal Services, and (3) Auctioneer Services. Each category will be evaluated and awarded independently.

• One (1) original signed Technical Proposal, Three (3) printed copies and One (1) USB flash drive labeled containing a PDF of the Technical Proposal.
• One (1) separately sealed Price Proposal envelope (with pricing for one, two, or all three categories). Do not include the Price Proposal information in the flash drive.

Miscellaneous:

Deliver Technical and Price proposals to: Attleboro City Hall, Attn: Carol Brown, Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA.
