Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240, intends to solicit offers for a Vascular Ultrasound Scanning Table. The Radiology Department will be utilizing this table in their Vascular Lab at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati OH 45220.
This is not a solicitation. This is a Request for Information, Sources Sought. Responses must be received NLT 4:00 PM EST January 3, 2025. Please email all responses to robin.whitfield@va.gov with subject line RFI 36C25025Q0194 - Vascular Ultrasound Scanning Table.

Must be lightweight, adjustable, and removable footboard.
Must have an imaging drop down section with a rapid release.
Must have a sonographer drop section.
Must have a patient back support.
Must have a single pedal braking.
Must have fold down safety handrails.
Must have hand control with memory positioning.
Must have padded articulating arm board.
Must have a carotid headrest.
Must have a minimum of 1-year manufacturer s warranty.
