The Greene County Board of Commissioners publicly advertises its intention to contract for the construction of the Greene County Annex Building to be owned by the County and, based on present information, generally described as the project entitled “Greene County Annex Building”.
This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “Greene County Annex Building”, dated April 30, 2025. All interested persons desiring to contract with Greene County for the construction of said project shall submit sealed proposals marked “Greene County Annex Building” to Greene County Board of Commissioners, Attention: Ms. Amanda Smith, County Administration Building, 1034 Silver Drive, Suite 201, Greensboro, GA 30642, no later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on July 15, 2025. At such time and place, all sealed proposals shall be opened so as to avoid disclosure of contents to competing offerors.

, for a nonrefundable cost of $350.00 per set including regular ground shipment. PLP will also issue addenda, by regular mail, to each entity receiving bid documents from PLP.
Offerors are cautioned that acquisition of Proposal Documents through any source other than as described above is not advisable. Acquisition of Proposal Documents from unauthorized sources places the offeror at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base a bid or proposal.

RFP documents are available in a PDF file format and may be downloaded and printed by offerors. Information contained in the RFP documents on the website of the architect should not be relied upon as accurate or complete for proposing purposes or as Construction Documents. Any claims made that incomplete documentation was posted on the website of the architect will NOT be considered as the offeror is responsible for obtaining an official set of RFP Documents from Print Life Printing as indicated above.
