The Town of Lexington Police Department will be accepting sealed bids for the Evolv Express Single Lane 1, indoor, wireless, hardware purchase standard Mat weapon detection system.

Must include:

  1. Evolv Express Single Lane 1, indoor, software and services
  2. Express Operational Test Kit (OTK)
  3. DRT Tables Battery Charger, 6-slot
  4. DTR Tables Replacement Battery, 90W
  5. TS&S, Installation User Training and Go-Live Support, First Day
  6. Annual 4-year software updates
  7. 2-year Warranty

Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room C, located on the 2 nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on March 19, 2025, and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud.  Location of Bid opening subject to change.  Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Laurie Starnes, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.

The Bid is subject to the Town’s Local Vendor Preference requirements.
