The Price Agreements created and awarded as a result from this RFA will include pre-negotiated terms so that ODHS can arrange for hygiene services to be provided to its Clients when the need arises during a declared emergency or disaster event, extreme weather incident, or other incidents that ODHS is responsible for providing human services to individuals.
