NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES NOMINATION AND TREATNENT PLAN. The City of Excelsior is soliciting proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to prepare a National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination for the Oak Hill Cemetery at Maclynn Road and Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior, Minnesota. The consultant will also provide a Treatment and Management plan for the cemetery to guide the City with long-term maintenance and site interpretation. All questions must be received by September 22, 2025, and answers will be shared with all respondents. Proposals must be received by Oct. 7 at 5:30 p.m.. The City of Excelsior reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the project.
