The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the repair of a stone wall at 9-11 Colwell Avenue for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Pre Bid Site Visit: It is strongly urged that prospective bidders attend a Pre-Bid Site Visit that will take place on September 4, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. Interested Contractors should meet at 9-11 Colwell Avenue, Lowell, MA.
