The Baldwin County Board of Commissioners ("Owner") is requesting Statement of Qualifications to select a qualified SCADA Integrator ("Integrator") to improve and integrate their existing SCADA at the County's ten (10) booster pump station sites, twelve (12) tank sites, and one (1) meter site, and to implement SCADA at nine (9) sewage pump station sites.
