Synopsis:

The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport, Saskatchewan Provincial Parks, intends to enter into an agreement with The Craft Ice Cream & Eatery on the basis that they are the only developer/operator able to provide a beachside concession stand, water rentals and general store at Sandy Bay, Candle Lake Provincial Park that meets Saskatchewan Provincial Parks requirements for this procurement.
