Description
The Evans County Charter School System (ECCSS) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the interior flooring of Claxton Middle School and Second Chance Academy. The project will enhance the aesthetic appeal, durability, and protection of the school building(s) while ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting finish.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project efficiently. The scope includes:
1. Surface Preparation
2. Flooring Areas
3. Flooring Specifications
4. Protection Measures
5. Clean-Up & Disposal
6. Timeline & Work Schedule
7. Coordination Requirement
