DECK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - OAK CREST COVE RECREATION CENTER LODGE

The Town of Sandwich is soliciting bids for a deck reconstruction project. The project shall consist of repairs to the framing, decking and trim for a deck attached to the Town of Sandwich Recreation facility, as per the plans and specifications, located at 34 Quaker Meetinghouse Road. A pre-bid walk through will be held on Tuesday March 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the site. The location is: Oak Crest Cove Recreation Center Lodge 34 Quaker Meetinghouse Road Sandwich, MA 02563. All participants are required to sign in at the site at 10:45 AM.

The bids shall be opened and read aloud at the Town of Sandwich Municipal Building in the Main Level meeting room, located at 100 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563 on March 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM. In the event of an Emergency prohibiting the bid opening on the listed date, such as a storm or other unforeseen emergency that results in the Municipal Building being closed, the bids shall be opened the next business day, March 20, 2025 at 12: 00 PM, in the same location.
