The training service must be all-inclusive, providing all consumable medical supplies, materials, and equipment needed for the course, including those used by students during treatment exercises. The training must be conducted in strict compliance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 3216.01 and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
