Project Description: The City of Palm Coast seeks to secure the services of one or more experienced debris removal contractors (Contractor) to assemble sufficient resources to remove large volumes of disaster-generated debris from a large area in a timely and cost-effective manner and lawfully dispose of all debris according to FEMA regulations.
